Have you tried using Omega 5 oil? I have been using it in the form of gel caps and skin care and I do feel great. And moreover, my skin feels very silky. My boyfriend says that I look 30 years younger -- I think he is lying but for my age -- 47, I am OK, actually, more than OK.

Omega 5 is made out of the seed of pomegranates. yOu can fidn the products at WholeFoods and on the internet.

Thanks for sharing about Omega 5s. I will have to investigate further. I know pomegranates are great for you, but I didn't know they contained a healthy oil. Interesting!
